5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Kindly notify us at the time of booking that this voucher is to be used and present it to the hotel reception on arrival. Each person shall be given an allocation to spend and choose from the open lobby or restaurant menu (supplements may apply).

This voucher is non-refundable and no refund is available for part-use. Vouchers are valid until the date shown on the voucher and cannot be extended. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Drinks are not included, unless stated, but can be purchased during your visit.

For the wellbeing of guests and colleagues, the dining experience may feel a little different however, we have all the right measures in place to keep our guests and employees safe. To give extra peace of mind during this time, if you are unable to use your voucher due to Government restrictions, we will happily amend the date of your booking, free of charge, as long as 48 hours notice or more is given.
